On Thursday the 1st of July 2021, the first general assembly meeting of the third session of the North Tongu District was held at the District premises.  The DCE addressed the house on the state of issues in the District. He also highlighted the various developmental projects both ongoing and completed by the Assembly. 

Pressing issues of the Assembly were discussed through healthy dialogues by Honorable Assembly members,the presiding member, the Honorable DCE and DCD and the various heads of departments and units.

In his closing address, the Hon DCE urged Hon members to continue to cooperate and be dedicated to their service in order to enable the current Assembly to move the District forward.
